INFRASTRUCTURE• Excellent Building and Infrastructure along

with Hostel Facility.

• Separate and most modern students cafeteria.

• Transport facility from Chandigarh, Mohali,

Panchkula, Ambala, Patiala & Ludhiana.

• Well stocked and excellent library.

• Most modern and fully Air Conditioned

Computer Centre.

• A fully Wi-Fi campus.

• Vast play ground with facilities for indoor and

out door games.

• ATM facility of State Bank of India.

• On Campus availability of facilities of Health Care.

• State of Art laboratories.

• Excellent workshop having most sophisticated

and modern CNC M/C.

With the advent of new session, the Institute shall be

entering in its 9th year. During this period of 8 years, 6

batches of students have passed out and it is a matter of

great pride and satisfaction that all these passed out

students have either been suitably placed with good

salary packages in the Industries of repute or have taken

admission in some Engineering College for pursuing

B.Tech courses. The Institute started with four diploma

level courses viz. ECE, EE, ME & MLT with an Intake of

60 in each in the year 2004 and in the year 2006, a

Diploma course in Computer Engineering was added to

its kitty. Presently the approved intake is 120 in

Computer Engineering and180 in Mechanical

Engineering, 120 in ECE while in EE & MLT it is 90 and

30 respectively. The Institute has added a course in Civil

Engineering with an intake of 60 w.e.f. the session 2008-

09. The Institute has made a big stride during the past

few years with alround improvement in its infrastructure. The endeavor of the Management and its faculty is to

make it a Model Polytechnic of the region and no stone

is being left unturned to achieve this goal. The fully air-

conditioned Computer Centre of the college and its new

Library stand witness to that.

The job in a Workshop gets turned out fine if raw

material is good. For a college its students are raw

material. The students need to be regular, attentive and

disciplined so that they could be processed as per the

requirement of the Industry to come out as skilled

engineers and good citizens of the country. For this the

parents have a very crucial role to play, the role of the

Institute not with standing. Joint efforts by the students,

their parents and teachers shall ensure quality Engineers

churned out from this institute for which we are striving.

In the end I assure the new entrants of quality teaching

and comfortable stay at this Institute and wish them best

of luck.
