Muenster Brewing Company is a microbrewery in planning in Muenster, TX. We use quality ingredients to produce a variety of classic German beer styles. However, the recipe for a great beers starts and ends with people.
At Muenster Brewing, this philosophy is reflected in the way we treat our employees, patrons, and community. Muenster Brewing found its origins in the love of a craft. The startup expenses listed in the startup summary are to outfit the prospective location with a 15 barrel direct steam injection, mash filter enabled brew house, five 30 barrel fermenters, two 30 barrel bright tanks, a bottling line, two ADA-compliant bathrooms, a trench drain, to up-fit the interior of the brew house to facilitate beer production, and renovate the taproom area to provide an enjoyable entertainment area for patrons to enjoy their beverages.
