Property Description: The home was purchased 1/6/2017. The previous owner had begun the rehab of the interior. Most of the sheet rock was

taken down. The Kitchen cabinets and bathroom were already demoed. The windows were aluminum. The exterior had composition siding

covering the original wood siding. The previous owner had already started taking it down on the rear of home. The mechanical, electrical, and

plumbing were done prior to me purchasing the home.

Proposed Work: The proposed plan is to change the windows to wood windows. Remove the siding that was covering the original wood siding.

The home had previously been leveled by the previous owner. I had my guys fix a couple of the piers that were not leveled correctly. Restore

the home to its original look. The addition will be done to the rear of the property. I am adding a breakfast area and a master bedroom suite.

Current Building material: The original exterior siding is in good condition. The siding that is damaged or needs to be replaced is being replace

with the siding coming from the rear of the home where addition is going, so I am using the same siding to repair. The windows that I am using

are all wood windows.

Proposed New Materials: The new materials will be matching the wood siding from the original part of the house on the addition. The windows

are new wood windows. The roof will be new composition shingles.

intact just need some repairs, the tip had been removed prior I

will replace it with a like original tip made out of wood.
