INTRODUCTION Electronics Technology sector is one of the important branches in Vocational level in Engineering and Technology for XI th and XII th std. Over the years, in India, in Industry and the Engineering curricula’s and in society sudden & fast changes are taking place in industry. This has been to an adverse impact in the use of manpower. However, interestingly enough, persons with the knowledge of Electronics Technology and adequate skill is lacking.
The syllabus of Electronics Technology sector has been evolved in such a way that after completion of the course of two years (Std. XI th and XII th), the student would acquire good working skills suited to work as a skilled person. He would also gain knowledge of electronics technician& electronic sales & service person.
JOB OPPORTUNITY :
He can have an opportunities in the following fields with acquiring professional skills in
1) Audio & TV technician
2) Computer hardware technician
3) Electronics Technician
4) Electronics Servicing sector
5) Sales & service person in consumer electronics
6) PLC expert
7) Service person in Telecom sector
FURTHER EDUCATION:
If student desires, he can take admission to direct second year of diploma courses in concern field and also go for higher education.
