Grinding 200mm in length with close visual inspection to identify the defect5. Complete removal of defect followed by DPT confirmation6. Welding 7. Visual Inspection followed by RT confirmation (BSR)8. PWHT9. Final visual & Hardness test10. Final RT

Case # 2 (without demolition of Refractory)1. Identification of location and marking2. Grinding 200mm in length with close visual inspection to identify the defect3. Complete removal of defect followed by DPT confirmation4. Starting welding followed by DPT of each weld layer5. Final Visual and DPT inspection 6. UT confirmation before PWHT7. PWHT of repair area8. UT & DPT inspection after PWHT 9. Hardness Test
