    (a) published on the Web-Site from beginning of September(b) emailed to members as an attachment with notice about the Greek Evening

    (c) distributed as hard copy at Greek Evening and available for collection at

    subsequent meetings

    (d) publicity on the Aberdeen University Web site for the week of each showing

    Subtitles: The film is relatively easy to follow;

    although the only subtitles are into Greek when the

    Year: 1961

    Plot:Aliki is in love with Kostas who serves his duty

    in the Greek Navy. Wanting to see him again, she

    disguises as a sailor and gets aboard her lover's ship.Things get more complicated when she comes across

    the commander of the ship; her father!

    Year: 2011Plot: Set in 70s, Greece is under the Junta regime.

    Takes place in an Army camp close to Euros river,

    where is the Greek-Turkish borders. A lieutenant is

    secretly in love with his COs wife. He decides to ask

    her for a dance at the Christmas party but he isnt a

    dancer. Thus, he orders a soldier from his unit to teach

    him tango but the soldier is secretly in love with him
