GENERAL CONDITIONS – See Terms and Conditions – Form K101Installation and travel time is a cost estimated based on experience from normal installation. Any delay outside of our control due to machine site not being prepared, utilities not available, factory personnel not available, etc. Will be invoiced at $125 an hour plus living expenses.

WARRANTY:One year parts and labor warranty on manufactured components based on max of two-shift operation. Hypertherm Power Supply is covered by a two year parts & labor warranty. All warranty is valid FOB Cleveland with freight costs, travel time and travel & living expenses charged to the customer at cost.

SERVICE:AKS offers a comprehensive service and support package, including:• All critical components normally in inventory for quick delivery • As needed we can send a technician to your facility without delay• A preventive maintenance service package involving purchase of consumables

SITE PREPERATION:The machine site has to be prepared according to our instructions, including providing required electrical, air and plumbing connections. Ask us for specification details. This work is the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the above price. Machine installation and operator training are included. Travel and living expenses will be billed at cost. Any additional on-site work time required or requested will be billed separately at $125/hr. If required, please ask for prices.

SOFTWARE:If nesting software is purchased through AKS as part of a cutting system, AKS takes full responsibility for the correct integration between the nesting software and the controller. If the customer already has nesting software or elects to purchase such software directly from another source, the customer has to have his software supplier create and supply the required post processor. AKS will provide information on codes to use, etc. but cannot assume any responsibility for correct functionality. If an AKS software specialist is required to assist in creating the post processor, that time may be billed separately.
