We are hereby submitting a proposal for installing Solar Home Lighting and otherSystems for the under privileged communities in the districts ofThiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alleppey, Kottayam and Pathanamthitta under theRotary District 3211.

The project intends to provide access to clean energy for a community who doesnot have access to quality grid supply. Since the families belong to the low incomegroup the funding from the Rotary Club will help them to bear the capital cost ofthe system.

Renewable energy source is designed for a particular number of hours of usage.Responsible usage by the customer is expected.

TERMS OF SUPPLY:

PRICE Includes cost of installation and all the components required forthe installation.

FREIGHT &INSTALLATION

In case of civil works and plumbing at site, charges will be atactuals.

TAXES & DUTIES VAT @ 5.5% and Service Tax @ 12.36% are inclusive in the offer.

DELIVERY 4 to 5 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed order.

PAYMENT TERMS 75% advance on confirming the order.25% after commissioning.

WARRANTY

Solar Panels are under warranty for 5 years.Tubular Batteries are under warranty for 5 years.Luminaries are under warranty for 5 years except for the LEDand CFL lamp which has 1 year warranty.(Note: Warranty will not apply if any external damage to thesystem)1 year Free Service, after which an Annual MaintenanceContract (AMC) will have to be signed.

CABLING & OTHERCHARGES

System cabling charges are included in the offer as per thepackage. If however extra cabling is required, extra chargeswill be on actual basis.

VALIDITY The rate quoted above is valid for 30 days from the date ofoffer.
