Terms and Conditions:

Monthly Maintenance Charge (MMC): SRRK IT Limited will offer a Monthly

Maintenance Agreement for the software provided. After delivery if any problem is

found in the system, it will be fixed without cost.

MMC must be cleared out by the 5Th of the running month. Requests for additional

modules will be carried out after the company pays a minimum charge. Any problem

(software) will be solved within two and half hour.

Monthly maintenance charge is 10,000/- .

Mode of Payment:

50% Payment during the work order.

50% Payment after Installation of the software.
