    Highwire Snowboards Inc. is facing extremely competitive times in the winter sports industry. In

    this environment, traditional means of marketing which Highwire Snowboards Inc. depends on

    are becoming less effective by the moment. A high impact web site is necessary to effectively reach

    new clients and provide an edge over the competition.

    Highwire Snowboards Inc. requires a site that:

    Provides a modern web presence

    Increases and converts visitors

    Offers relevant information

    Gives current and potential clients the means to contact the firm

    Also required is a content management system that will allow Highwire Snowboards Inc. to easily

    manage content on the site.

    Solution

    We recommend the development of a completely original site, built from the ground up with

    original graphic design elements. A strong emphasis will be placed on attracting new clients

    through Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

    Additionally, we will provide web hosting services on a monthly basis and yearly Search Engine

    Optimization services to more effectively drive and convert traffic to the site.

    Option 1: Increasing Niche Leads (optional)

    We'll create landing pages with the sole purpose of converting visitors to leads. As

    part of this process we'll also create a marketing plan with the objective of gaining

    an additional 10,000 monthly visitors to these landing pages.

    Option 2: Turning Leads into Customers (optional)

    (received within two weeks of final$6,000 base price, $3,000 for early payment

    invoice)

    With this option we'll create a two week series of emails focused on getting new

    email subscribers to become paying customers. Customers typically see a 40%

    increase in leads from implementing our lead nurturing campaigns.

    Next Steps

    To proceed with this project, Highwire Snowboards Inc. is required take the following steps:

    Accept the proposal as is or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to the scope of

    the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply.Finalize and sign contract.

    Submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee.

    Once these steps have been completed we will begin the project with a kick off meeting to introduce

    relevant personnel and begin preliminary project activities.

    Terms and Conditions

    Once project fee is paid in full to Bidsketch any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents,trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Highwire Snowboards Inc. for inclusion in website

    are owned by Highwire Snowboards Inc..

    Bidsketch assumes Highwire Snowboards Inc. has permission from the rightful owner to use

    any images or design elements that are provided by Highwire Snowboards Inc. for inclusion

    in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Bidsketch from any claim or suit

    arising from the use of such elements.

    Bidsketch retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples

    of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. Bidsketch also

    retains the right to place a text link on the bottom of every page.

    This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of Highwire Snowboards Inc.and Bidsketch. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, Highwire Snowboards

    Inc. agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in WA and any dispute

    will be litigated or arbitrated in WA.

    The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Highwire

    Snowboards Inc. and the Bidsketch regarding all items included in this agreement.
