Proposal for product placement at CSD Stores

Dear Sir,

Further to our letter dated 20 September 2013 and discussion between Zonal Manager CSD Lahore and undersigned dated 4 October 2013.

: Points discussed and our response is as under.

Design and Layout : Suggested design and layout is attached. The sizes will be provided after the approval of design from your side. However the estimated area for activity is 8’’X8’’

CSD Commission: We offer sale profit 8% on the sale ,we request that for initial 6 month settling period profit be 4% .It is again mentioned that we are giving 6% to METRO & HYPERSTAR Stores.

Billing Procedure: We agree that billing be done by our representative sale man and cash be received at CSD cash counter .We requested that payment be made to Hina Enterprise as weekly has is after deducting the CSD profit.

Refundable Security: As per the rules of CSD, we agree to deposit refundable cash security.

: Forwarded as desired and request that approval be accorded to start the business as early as possible.
