The CRT-communication program aims to enhance the communication level of engineering students and thus increase the employability of these students. The training program is designed for entry level students who on completion will be better prepared to work on real life customer projects.

This course helps the students in understanding the nuances of Corporate Grooming and Dressing, Corporate Etiquette and some practical tips to handle him / her in a given professional setting.

Group Discussions, Interviews and Presentations

This course helps the students in understanding the basics underlying group discussions, the group decision – making process, and how to make effective presentations.

Group Discussion, Interviews and Presentations

This course assist the participants in understanding the basics underlying group discussions, the group decision – making process, how to make presentations, and how to handle interview situations.

TS students will be given a unique id and password to login to the online portal. In the online portal

Unlimited access to online Exams

The online videos help the students to have a review of all the classes that he has undergone during

the training program. The students can also access videos of classes that he/she has missed during

the programme thereby enabling him to get the full benefit of the training.

The web based training modules are a flash based study system which enables interactive study for

the students and easy assimilations of concepts. All details are explained in a clear and lucid fashion

for the clear understanding of the student.

The online exam portal provides the student with enough exams so that the student can practice till

he masters the concepts. Detailed tests are provided in concept wise as well as company wise

papers are also provided so that the students can have a clear idea of what to expect during the

recruitment day. Comprehensive analysis is provided at the end of every test so that the student can

figure out his weak areas and start working on them.

The process of the program rollout is divided into 3 stages - Pre Deployment, Deployment and Post

Deployment. Pre deployment involves planning and preparation for the rollout. Deployment involves course

delivery and student performance assessment. Post deployment involves reporting and feedback.

a) Program Requirement

The program requirement sheet is collected from the college to understand the profile of the college, the number of students and the infrastructure available.

b) Student database

The student database is collected from the placement officer for maintaining attendance and general records.

c) Faculty Allotment

The faculties are selected based on their experience and qualification in the relevant areas. Their passion to train students also plays a vital role.

d) Roll out Schedule

A session wise detailed scheduled is rolled out based on the days provided by the college.

e) Identify Coordinator

A one point contact is appointed in the team so that he/she can anchor the entire program and coordinate with the college faculty and the team members.

f) Send resources &Course Material

The relevant course material is dispatched to the college and distributed to

the individual students. The acknowledgement is then obtained from the

students and the college authority.

g) Install Portal

The online portal is updated and individual ids are created for the student

access. The students and made aware of the facilities available and ids are

distributed.

h) Conduct Pre Assessment

A pre assessment test is conducted to evaluate the current level of the

students before the program.

a) Ensure Punctuality

The session timings are obtained and the team ensures the faculty presence in the classroom on time.

b) Deliver Courseware

The finalized courseware is delivered by the faculty using the material provided with the available infrastructure.

c) Verify Quality

A member from the team will attend classes and ensure module adherence by the faculty members.

d) Ensure Module Completion

Once the classes are over a confirmation is obtained from the class representative to ensure that the decided modules have been completed.

e) Submit Attendance

The attendance is submitted to the placement officer at the end of every day.

f) Conduct Post Assessment

A post assessment test is conducted to evaluate the students on completion of the program. So a quantitative analysis can be made during the submission of the report.

a) Collect Feedback

The feedback is collected from the students regarding the program and the quality of the faculty.

b) Post Program Analysis

An analysis is made based on the assessment reports and the feedback and a discussion is made with the college authorities.

c) Submit Closure Report

A closure report is submitted to the college authorities with a complete detail of the profile of the students the improvement levels, the modules covered and the profile of the faculty.

d) Issue Certificate

A completion certificate is provided for all the students.

Online Exam

A total of 52 online exams will be conducted on a weekly basis based on company patterns where roughly 20,000 students will be competing.

Offline Exam

The offline version of the Comp track (computer based testing software) will be installed in your college for a period of one year at no additional cost. The college has the ability to add any number of questions into it and conduct unlimited exams for all students.

Forums

Forums will be available throughout the year through which students can regularly update themselves with latest company patterns and can also have their doubts clarified by experts.

Mock Drive

We will conduct a mock drive to give the students a clear idea on what they can expect on the placement day. An entire day of testing, group discussion and mock interviews will be conducted.

Video Lectures

We are offering online video lectures to all the trained students, in this we cover all the important topics.

Web Based Training

The web based training modules are a flash based study system which enables interactive study for the students and easy assimilations of concepts. All details are explained in a clear and lucid fashion for the clear understanding of the student.

Placement Assistance Based

TalentSprint will provide Placement Assistance to the trainees who successfully complete the train-ing program. To be eligible for the Placement Assistance, a trainee must have attended 85% of the classes in the program and must comply with the requirements of the Corporate.
