Carneys Lawyers can provide excellent advice when it comes to the purchase or sale of a business. We can advise the business owner in relation to the wide range of issues that arise when selling. Because buying or selling a business is complex and involves both commercial and legal decisions, we can advise on the various structures to be utilised, and the investigations to be carried out. We’ll then assist in relation to leasing, employment and contracts. We have years of experience with franchises, insurance and contracts. Our goal is to make sure your business runs smoothly.

The Specialist Accreditation Scheme was instigated by the NSW Law Society as a way to assist potential claimants, and other legal practitioners, to find a practitioner with proven capability in specialist areas of law, personal injury being one of these. To be a Personal Injury Accredited Specialist, a solicitor must have at least five years full time practice, at least three years specialty work, and have passed rigorous exams in the relevant law. The Scheme has been instrumental in assisting claimants in identifying a solicitor who can genuinely be considered a respected and well-regarded specialist in personal injury.
