We assist clients with all aspects of retail, commercial, rural, industrial and residential property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, management, development, due diligence, financing, conveyancing and settlements. Some of our major clients include multi-national corporations, federal, state and government development authorities and a wide range of private property owners, as well as builders and developers.
We are also experienced in matters surrounding redevelopment of contaminated land – identifying issues, packaging land for sale and redevelopment and preparing advice and documentation to address present and future issues and the allocation of risk.
We also offer clients specialist expertise in waterfront developments. We’re experienced in creating freehold riverbed land for marina berths, which includes negotiating ongoing public access and creating freehold titles over seabed land for aquaculture developments.
