For a comprehensive breakdown of all Terms and Conditions, please request a copy of the Proper Sightseeing Corporation Services Agreement. You are responsible for all charges incurred by Your use of any credit or debit card You provide. You authorize PSC to charge the credit card or debit cart provided by You for any outstanding fees or costs due to Proper Sightseeing Corporation. Traveler’s checks will not be accepted as a valid form of payment. You must show or purchase your ticket as you board at which time the driver will provide Your bracelet(s) that will act as a valid ticket. Tickets/bracelet(s) are non-transferrable. Bracelet(s) must be produced for inspection and, if requested to do so, be surrendered upon demand to an authorized staff member of PSC. You will not be permitted to use any PSC service without a valid bracelet(s) for the entire journey. When the bracelet(s) expires You must either leave the tour at the next available opportunity or purchase another ticket/bracelet(s). If You are found traveling without a valid bracelet(s)You will be charged the full ticket/ bracelet(s) price for a replacement ticket/bracelet(s). No ticket/bracelet(s) refunds at any time for any reason are apart of PSC condition of sales. A replacement voucher for travel may be offered but is not promised. PSC reserves the right to vary departure points and times without notice and the right to deviate from or refuse access to travel on a particular departure in the event of route obstructions or the compromising of safety. PSC is not responsible for acts of God, mechanical failures or Non-PSC environmental inhibitors that may hinder or halt a given tour(s). PSC also reserves the right to operate closed-top double-decker buses or replacement vehicles (especially in extreme weather conditions). Seating cannot be guaranteed on either deck. For safety purposes, customers on the upper deck are required to remain seated and keep all appendages within the guardrails and window ledges while the bus is in motion. The consumption of alcohol and smoking of any kind is prohibited on any level of any bus at all times. Bicycles, hover boards, segways and/ or large battery powered rides are also prohibited on any bus. PSC will do its best to fulfill all ADA special requests and kindly asks that all ADA special requests are made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time. PSC is not responsible for any stranded or lost passengers and will not reimburse any alternate transportation cost incurred by such passengers. PSC will not be liable for any loss, stolen property, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by PSC, in which case our liability is limited for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price. PSC provides a courtesy lost and found receptacle but is not held responsible for the contents of the receptacle. PSC suggests a $2-$5 customary gratuity per passenger for each bus driver and tour guide. PSC has a closed drink container and dry food policy while traveling on any bus. PSC is not responsible for providing hats, sunscreen, water, ponchos or umbrellas in instances of poor weather conditions. We may at our discretion require any person to depart from a tour if we deem his/her conduct as a risk of safety, offensive or a nuisance to other passengers. PSC will have no further liability after such persons are ejected from the tour. Under no circumstances will PSC be liable in any way for any information, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any information, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any information posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted. You and PSC agree to resolve any and all disputes and claims (all disputes and claims are referred to below as “Claims”) that may arise between us in individual binding arbitration, as enforceable under Section 2 of the United States Federal Arbitration Act (the “ADR Requirement” or “ADR”). By accessing the Site or purchasing merchandise and tickets You indicate Your acknowledgement and acceptance of the ADR.
