The opening was a great success on Saturday! A real celebration of local food and drinks. It’s such a joy to provide the real farm to fork experience with our 100% grass fed beef (only certified Pasture for Life butchers in Essex) and rare breed pork at the butchery alongside guest meats from
local farms and a full array of local produce from organic apple juice to artisan ales. The crowds turned out to enjoy tastings, hog roast and purchase delicious local food and drinks from the farm shop. We look forward to welcoming everyone back.

British Food Fortnight Join us for a celebration of local produce
at Deersbrook Farm this September
On Saturday 28th September from 3-6pm, Our first British food fortnight event at Deersbrook Farm. Join us in celebrating
fantastic local produce in the meadows with live music, a bar and variety of tasty food to enjoy. So bring a deck chair or blanket and head to the farm for a real farm to fork experience.
We will be serving picnic hampers and anti~pasti boards with our own air dried bresaola and selection of East Anglian cheeses, our own 100% pasture fed beef and rare breed pork will be on the grill and there’s lots of treats in the farm shop too. Along side our favourite foodie friends offering authentic pizzas and
Mersea seafood... Come along and treat yourself to fresh,
local street food and enjoy a glass or two of award winning English wines, from our local vineyards Tuffon Hall and Great Lodge, enjoy a pint of local craft ale from Bishop Nick Brewery or pressed fruit juices from local orchards and farms.
There will be a bouncy castle and crafts for the children as well as plenty of space to play so bring the whole family and relax.
