Pressman PR Case Study: 2017 Client: ECGC Ltd.

Promoting exports from India ECGC Ltd., wholly owned by Government of India, was set up in 1957 to promote exports by providing Credit Risk Insurance and related services for exports. It functions under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and is managed by a Board of Directors comprising representatives of the Government, Reserve Bank of India, banking, and insurance and exporting community. Over the years it has designed different export credit risk insurance products to suit the requirements of Indian exporters and commercial banks extending export credit.

ECGC continued to retain Pressman PR for its media relations needs and during the year Pressman PR organized press conference for the company to announce its financial results.

The year witnessed the signing of MOUs with COSEC of Portugal, AOFI of Serbia and US Exim, and the press releases relating to the alliances were well covered in the media.

Pressman PR organized one-on-ones for the Company’s CMD, Mrs, Geetha Muralidhar with leading business media like Economic Times, Business Standard and Hindu Business Line. One-on-ones were also organized for her during her visit to Raipur for the opening of the Company’s new branch. All this were well featured in the media.

During the year, the company received coverage in 97 titles and 47 online portals.
