Supplementary Figure 1. RNA Pol II densities in the promoter, intron 1, exon 3 and exon 5 were measured by ChIP in cells treated with IFN- for 0, 6 and 12 hours, and in cells treated with IFN- for 12 hours plus DRB for the last 6 hours. Results are represented relative to the value obtained at the promoter after 12 hours of induction.
