Honiron Fired Equipment provided boiler maintenance, fabrication,

and repair services of wet and dry circulating tubes of Raceland

Raw Sugar’s primary boiler. Upon further inspection, severe

corrosion and pitting on the super-heater tubes was found due to

moisture under the insulation.

Honiron Fired Equipment established a safe work plan to support

the super-heater coils before removal of pulp pieces with minimal

disruption to plant operation.
