There was an orientation (First Gathering) for new members on August 17th, 2016 to mark the

opening of the annual program, and was remarked the opening by Rector Magnificus. Number of

teachers in the program were reduced from 3 to 2 persons, due to the reassignment of 1 personnel

from Learning Support Center to Center for Student Leadership and Experiential Learning. Thus

the center emphasized on training the trainers by increasing the number of workshops for trainers

from 3 hours to 6 hours. There were 2 workshops for trainers on August 18th and 19th of 2016 (3

hours each). The objective of training the trainers’ workshop is to prepare new trainers to

understand the concept of the program and to develop skills to be able to lead activities in classes.

Due to the higher student’s demand to improve writing skill from student need survey, we

have added “Creative Writing Workshop” module to the lesson plan. Student’s Level of

Satisfaction towards course curriculum was 4.21 of 5-point-scale and Student’s Level of

Satisfaction towards facilitators/teachers was 4.26. Overall Student’s Level of Satisfaction

towards 4 skill improvement was 4.12. Top 5 skill improvement in the program were Confidence
