Grand Traverse Crossings Garfield Township, Michigan

R. Clark Associates, Inc. (RCAI) was hired to develop the landscape and irrigation design for a regional shopping center planned unit development with sites for an office building, church, and adjacent housing. The firm coordinated with engineers on designing a stormwater management system that would also serve as a distinctive water feature at the entrance.
