FACILITIES PROVIDED
We have envisioned with various facilities that may prove useful to our alumni, faculties and students.
For FACULTIES:
As it is the computerized way of taking attendance,
so record management would be easier.
Another advantage of developing this software is to
generate the desired reports automatically at the
end of the session or in the between of the session
as they require.
No need to create database again and again just
like on manual attendance register as pre- created
attendance sheets are provided.
Information leaves, medical leaves can be easily
marked on just a single click as the options are
provided. Easier to view and access attendance records by
just clicking on date (i.e. calendar icon).

“BITS Attendance & Alumni Portal” deals with the maintenance of the student’s attendance details as well as alumni association. An alumni association is an association of graduates or more broadly, of former students. Alumni of Universities, Colleges, Schools, often form groups with alumni from same organisation.
Student attendance management system generates the attendance of the student on basis of presence in class. It is maintained on the daily basis of their attendance. The faculties will be provided with the separate username & password to make the student’s status. The faculties handling the particular subjects would be responsible to make the attendance for all students. Only if the student present on that particular period, the attendance will be calculated. The students attendance reports based on weekly and consolidate will be generated.
On the other hand, alumni association would organize social events, publish News Letters or Magazines, Many provide the variety of benefits and services that help alumni maintain connections to their educational institutions and fellow graduates. Additionally such groups often support new alumni and provide a forum to form new friendships, business relationships with people of similar backgrounds. Alumni associations are mainly organised by universities or departments of universities, but may be organised among students that studied in a certain country.
