• Implemented new enterprise SOA platform built on IBM DataPower, Oracle Fusion BPEL Process Manager, and Oracle Service Registry (UDDI)

• Tailored OASIS modeling of services into a full commercial product release lifecycle.• Created a phased and iterative approach to delivering functionality, paced by the

business-driven requirements generation process. • Introduced the concepts of Unit-of-Web-Work and Develop-By-Configuration to

channel requirements generation into related threads and to produce a customizable product in a short amount of time.

• Organized architecture design sessions and information-sharing with the client’s numerous architecture teams to ensure the design meets requirements at the functional and non-functional levels and ensure design ownership and acceptance by the client’s own architects. This level of collaboration and communication was commended by the client.

informatics, disease management, care management, and utilization management applications.

• Engaged in the project’s leadership team to move the business vision of a uniform expandable medical platform from inception to reality.

• Combined portal, workflow and user activity orchestration, service orchestration, rule engine, and custom logic to produce a highly intelligent and configurable medical application.

• Customized portal layout and related custom portlet technology that can display any desired arrangement of data and information, receive user actions, validate inputs, execute rules and decide next steps, control user flow, all coordinated by a goal-oriented flow configuration. This generic application framework was praised by the client and used as a marketing tool for the medical platform.

• Compliance with open-standards, extreme application expandability without coding, configurable mappings during data propagation through the data warehouse, flexible data rollups, ad-hoc data reporting / tagging, UI usability and overall application performance and responsiveness in a web-ASP model.
