1ccording to ;reen and /all H1 research design is the specification of the methods and

 proced0res for ac<0iring the information needed. It is the o2erall operational pattern or 

framework of the proFect that stip0lates which information is to be collected, from where it is

to be collected and by what proced0res

/his research process based on primary data analysis and secondary data analysis will be

clearly defined to meet the obFecti2es of the st0dy.

I chose the primary so0rces to get the data. 1 <0estionnaire was designed in accordance with

o0r mentor in ICICI B1= . I chose a sample of abo0t " corporate c0stomers aro0nd the

%agar City from which I can get the instant information of whose analysis will gi2e me the

desired o0tcome of my research proFect.

I collected some data from the secondary so0rces like p0blished Company doc0ments,

internet etc.

 Research Design

H1 research design is the arrangement of conditions for collections and analysis of data in amanner that aims to combine rele2ance to the research p0rpose with economy in proced0res.

It is a descripti2e cross sectional design .It is the concept0al str0ct0re with in which research

is cond0ctedJ it constit0tes the bl0eprint for the collection, meas0rement and analysis of data.

It is needed beca0se it facilitates the smooth sailing of the 2ario0s research operations,

thereby making research as efficient as possible yielding maimal information with minimal

ependit0re of effort, time and money.

In the preliminary stage, my research stage constit0ted of eploratory st0dy by which it is

clear that the eistence of the problem is ob2io0s .%o, I can directly head for the concl0si2e

research.

H%ampling plan is a distinct phase of research process. In this stage I ha2e to determine who

In this s0r2ey I took the list of c0stomers from the dealers of ICICI B1= in %agar City.

the c0stomers from the dealer of ICICI B1= in %agar City Instr0ment of collection of data

I ha2e 0sed one set of <0estionnaire to collect data from the c0stomers. /his <0estionnaire is

str0ct0red and highly ordered. /his incl0des both close ended and open ended <0estions. /he

close ended <0estions incl0ded both dichotomo0s and m0ltiple choice <0estions.

7ata analysis and interpretations

5arge 2ol0mes of raw data were collected thro0gh <0estionnaires in my research st0dy. /his

raw data has been f0rther con2erted into significant statistical information before f0rther 

interpretation so that I can answer my research obFecti2e well.
