improve the NGO role of the promotion of pro-health

activities. Invitation of the nurse for the lecture of geriatric

issues. Focus on physical exercises and thermal treatment.

Involvement of physical instructor for the activities on the

Getting new skills by NGO staff of health protection

for the elderly and other people from

Organizing 3-days training in Health Resort in Iwonicz Zdrój

for VESUVIO staff to get knowledge about thermal treatment,

mineral spring waters. at least 6

Getting know the new skills of VESUVIO experts of

mud treatment, mild climbing for the elderly,

getting know the mountain tracks, valorize micro-

climate. Collecting of materials for the other NGO

staff of other organizations. Preparation of the

information and plan for dissemination to the

elderly to take the advantage to go to the health

resort.
