HOW TO REGISTER YOURSELF

To get the entry to the portal

you need to register yourself with

the system, do register click on

the ‘Register now’ link from the page

REGISTRATION PAGE

now click on the continue link

you will be redirected to the

login page, where you need to

enter the login credentials

to get into the system

Once you get logged in to the

system you will be redirected

to the home page which will

have the list of bugs/tickets

created by you

NEW TICKET FOR SUPPORT / ISSUES

To create new ticket/Bug

click on the ‘New Ticket’

from the up side menu

NEW TICKET ENTRY SCREEN

Selected the respective details

from the dropdown combo box,

enter subject for the ticket

and detail description in the

respective fields, you can also

attached the multiple files to

the new ticket/ bug (Note: don’t

forgot to click upload) and

then save the details.

To edit/update the previously added ticket/bug

click on the view link from the grid as show in the grid,

You will be redirected to the edit page, where you can view the

All comments/ discussion on the Ticket,

here you the modify the Ticket details.
