are planning to enter the online marketplace through

customized e-commerce portals.

You are part of SalesMart India , a leading retailer

who is competing with 4 major players in the market.

All the major players are preparing for the launch

of their respective e-commerce portal based

marketplace. The first organization to setup the

marketplace will get a sizable number of partners for

providing online deals, and will benefit form the first

mover's advantage.

The project is extremely critical, and based on the

information available most competitors would be

planning a launch in 15 weeks from now.

A dedicated team of 16 professionals with diverse skill

sets have been brought in for this project. As the

project Manager, your are responsible for completing

the project with a budget of INR 3,200,000 with a time

constraint of 15 weeks based on the timelines set by

the executive management team
