The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and sometimes, conduct the assessment process with the clients. Provide counseling to geriatric population with co-occurring disorders.

2 years counseling experience.

Must be knowledgeable of evidence based practices, recovery oriented and theoretical concepts of trauma informed care approach.

Able to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Must have excellent documentation skills and use of EHR.

Knowledge of Medicaid billing.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment required.

Engage and counsel clients staying in the Transitional Living Program.

Make security round of building and document all findings.

Provide client intervention and stabilization services.

Determine any immediate need and link clients to appropriate services.

Meal preparation/oversee kitchen use and supervise snack and meal periods/ supervise client clean up.

Assist client in developing independent living skills through one-on-one and weekly independent living group sessions.

Make regular entries in staff communication log according to policy/procedure.

Ensure proper charting of all client information on a timely basis.

Participate in weekly supervision and all team meetings.

Experience working with homeless youth.
