� The current system is semi-automated system. Inthis system the customer wants the informationabout any policy that can be done by agent only.More physical interaction is takes place in this

current system between agent and customer. Inthese system agents recruitment will be done onthe basis of exam conducting in desired location. Inthis system calculation policy premiums done bymanual devices like calculator. Providing help to

the customers through manually is a tedious job.In this system policy confirmation is send throughletters only. This system doesn·t have the facility of24 X 7.



� This system provides information about new policies orexisting polices in the format of PDF. This systemmaintains catalog and contact information about agent·s

branch wise. This system maintains profile managementof all policy holders. This system providing interfaceto customer that helps to him to know his policy details.And also providing the search facilities about policies ifany new added or also existing system.

� The new system also providing the interface to the

agents also. The agents having facility to send mails/alertmessages to his customers regarding policy premiums
