LUMINAIRE SCHEDULE


NOTES: 1. All fittings shall be complete with lamps manufactured by GE,

Philips or Osram or LEDs manufactured by Phillips and Cree. The lighting calculations for this particular project have been designed using state of the art LED technology with a decorative and architectural perspective in mind.

2. All fluorescent fittings to be complete with warm start electronic

high frequency (>30 kHz) control gear and power factor correction.

3. All fittings to operate correctly at the specified internal and

external temperatures (refer to Hoare Lea Mechanical Specification for details).

4. Manufacturer to select ballast or control gear to match the lamp. 5. All fittings to operate correctly on 230Vac +/- 10% single phase,

50Hz supply. 6. No striation of lamps to be present under any operating condition. 7. On Hoare Lea drawings ‘E’ denotes luminaire with an integral

emergency battery pack conversion suitable for the provision of emergency illumination. 3hr Non-Maintained

8. Do not order any fittings until written approval has been obtained

from the Contract Administrator. 9. Where suspended light fittings are specified or required to meet

light outputs, these are to be installed complete with all manufacturers’ suspensions and ceiling rose system. Ensure that ceiling roses have sufficient terminations to accommodate the luminaire switching or control indicated on the Hoare Lea drawings.

10. Provide luminaires with digital dimming high frequency ballast

where dimmable luminaires are indicated. 11. All specifications detailed within this schedule will take precedence

over alternations to catalogue product codes & references. 12. Any differences between listed luminaire specifications and

product codes are to be brought to the attention of Hoare Lea prior to ordering.
