All the Rotarians were gathered over there. It was a Joint Project with the Rotary Club Of Bombay North West- Malad. All the food packets were already packed and kept for the people so that there should be no wastage of food. Aim:To serve food to the poor people and help them. Concept of the Project:The concepts of this project is to help the poor people & atleast they can have a single time food without any tension. Groundwork: All the Rotaractors and Rotarians started distributing the food packets to the people over there. Actual Event:

1) All the Rotaractors and Rotarians Assembled at the slum area @ 7 PM.

2) This Initiative was taken by P.I.S & Community Service team. 3) We reached the slum area near Shatabdi Hospital and all of them started

distributing the food packets which were already packed and kept by the Rotarians.



4) All the slum area people got the foodpackets and were happy getting it. 5) The children of slum area were very happy receiving the food. 6) Seeing the people happy, we were also happy and glad to help them. 7) We felt very nice and were very happy helping them.

Follow Up:-After the Project we thanked &expressed our gratitude to the Rotarians for their support Feedback:-RCDTSS is very happy helping the people and to work with the Rotary. Looking forward for this kind of project to help people.

Aim:The aim of this Project was to Spending time with all and gave knowledge about the Independence Day & to enjoy flag hosting ceremony. Concept of the Project:The concepts of this project are to Spending time with all and attend flag hosting ceremony in various places. Groundwork:We had taken permission of the JDT High School for the flag hosting.The Pre-Budget is prepared & Approved by the Club Finance Team. Actual Event:

1) This project was held on 15th Aug.,2014 at Varies Places & we arranged the entire event

in one day at Different Places.

2) This is our 2nd Event of the Day. We celebrate it with Interactors by Flag Hosting.

3) The Initiative taken by PIS Team.



4) It was a single day event we took permission from Head of the event place. 5) We went to J.D.T. High School at 7.30 Am. all the teachers of J.D.T. High School,

Interactors & other student are assembled. Then we started the flag hosting ceremony.

6) Event started with prayers & then we felicitates guest i.e. Prof .Dr M.S.Kurade (Principle of DTSS College) Prof.Archana Kapadia (Principle of J.D.T. High School) & Mr.Pratul Shah.

7) The flag hosted by the 1st Ranker in S.S.C. Board Examination.

8) We all sang our national Anthem & we saluted our flag.

9) The Project was awesome.

10) We click many photos.

11) This is our 5th Year of this project.

12) We spend great time with them.

13) We received lots of feedback. We said thanks to all the Rotaractors, Interactors &Guest for coming in this event.

Project: Beach Cleaning

RCDTSS, RCKES, RC Bombay North West- Malad, RC Khandwala College, Innerwheel club of Bombay North West jointly done this project in Marve Beach. This project is great community service initiative. we feel proud that we do something for community.

Aim:The main aim behind this project was to Clean Beach after ganesh Visarjan. Concept of the Project:The idea behind this project was to do joint project in big scale to Clean Beach. Groundwork:We all clubs make group on whatsapp for the communication. We Purchase Materials for Beach Cleaning.

Actual Event:

1) The club members assembled at the event place at 7am.

2) We start our Project at 7.00am.

3) We clean the entire Beach.



4) We enjoyed a lot to do this social Work.

5) We collect much wastage from the beach.

6) After ganesh visarjan the beach was too much dirty But WE Rotaracators are clean the

beach & Do something new & Better.

7) We feel proud after the event that we do something for community.

Aim:The aim of this Project was to celebrate this unbreakable bond amongst old friends and to make new friends. Concept of the Project: Get together of old as well as new friends. Groundwork:Decorated the classroom brought cake, cold drinks, a common friendship band for all, sent messages to everyone,made jpegs for the project,uploaded it on all the whtsapp group,website.. Actual Event:

1) We bought a letter cake of F. F stands for friendship.

2) All the old Rotaractors and the new members gathered in Gymkhana. 3) All the new members introduced themselves. 4) Other club members were also there in this project. i.e RC K.E.S Shroff College.



5) Our teacher Co-ordinator i.e Shailesh Padwal Sir cut the cake. 6) All of them had the cake, cold drinks etc…. 7) Did Photo session.

Bhoot Aaya…. is new & Innovative online Initiative to Celebrate Halloween Nights. In this initiative we have 4 Category which was helps to developed Technological Skill of the Participates. We give them last deadline to submit their entries on or before 31st Oct., 2017. Our theme is regarding Horror Nights. We received lots of entries & Feedback. As we know the online project gives best PR of the Club in the Front of non Rotaractors also therefore we try to do this type of projects in the future also. This is the one of the best mega initiative of RCDTSS. Aim:- To developed Technological Skill of Rotaractors & Non Rotaractors, & Do PR of Rotaract by Social Media in the front of Non- Rotaractors. The aim is to make new & Innovative initiative to give message to other that Rotaract do everything. This initiative helps to other to improve their Skills & Start interest to learn something Technological.



Concept of the Project: The Concept behind this project to make online Competition to making different Categories to developed Technological Skills. we think that its help to do PR of the Rotaract Therefore We make JPEGs & Publish it in Social Media. We decide all the rules & Regulations in advance. The basic idea is to Celebrate Halloween Nights in Digital Way. Groundwork: We got permission from our President of the club & we got positive reply. We decide all the rules & Regulations of the Event in Advanced & we publish our JPEGs for PR of the Rotaract. We have a Judge Mr. Anand, Anand is a Famous Photographer in Malad. In all the Club Events, College Events etc… he click the photos Because we make tie up with him to help to do PR of his Company & He Help us in Our events. Actual Event:-

1) 1st we Decided all the things like rules & Regulations, JPEGs etc….

2) We start our PR with uploading Different JPEGs on Social Media I.e. Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Website Etc….

3) We have 4 Categories i.e. 1st Category:- Send 5 Horror Images. 2nd Category:- Draw Horror Picture in A4 Size Paper & Send its Click to

us. 3rd category:- Draw Digital horror Picture 4th Category:- Make A horror Movie (Min. 1 Mint.)

4) We give Deadline to all the Participates to Send their entries on or Before

31st Oct.,2017.

5) We got Many Entries in the different Categories….

6) We got fibulas response from the other club Rotaractors, Non- Rotaractors

etc…

7) We have 76 Participates overall in This Event. Category 1:- 39 Participates Category 2:- 24 Participates Category 3:- 27 Participates

Total 63 Rotaractors & non-Rotaractors registered for BIG BOSS Season 2 & We select 30 Participates from different clubs like RC Churchgate, RC TGC, RC BF, RC Dombivali Suncity, RC Vapi (RID 3140) etc….in the online house of BIG BOSS. We have different tasks for these 19 days. This time we started with Wild card Entry, we made 1 group of TOP 10 Participants of BIG BOSS Season 1 & Gave them task for 4 days after this we selected 2 Participates as a winner of wildcard & gave them entry in real BIG BOSS House.We also celebrated our club charter day in BIG BOSS house by giving them task. ZRR of zone 2A Rtr.Hansika Sahani also participated. This time we collected some donation fees from each members of BIG BOSS to utilize it in the education of children & we successfully collected Rs. 12,360 from BIG BOSS Season 2. There is no compulsory to pay donation fees. We have nomination system, every day 2 Participates are disqualify by voting system. We mention all the Links & Details of the Event in

We received lots of entries & Feedback. This online project gives best PR of the Club in the Front of non Rotaractors also. This is the mega initiative of RCDTSS. Aim:- To make a Fun with Rotaractors & Non- Rotaractors & our Main aim is to promote our club & do PR in social Media’s. we done all the steps to do PR of the club in Social Media by uploading JPEGs, Videos etc…. We starting our project with Registration & We put registration form in our club website; it will be help us to do PR of our club in good manner. If any Participates wants to know about our club then they can check our website. We have 1 more aim i.e. we want to make connectivity with other club members & Because of this project we get ideas from other club rotaractors to do Club Projects in future. Concept of the Project: The Concept behind this project to make online BIG BOSS event for Rotaractors & Non-Rotaractors. We decided to use all social Medias for this Project i.e. facebook, Club website, you tube, twitter etc…This is helping us to do PR of our club & Rotaract in the Front of non-rotaractors. We conduct this event for 19 days & we done our grand finale on 19th Feb.,2015. We also give them many digital communication task on fun, Social Issue etc….. We also decide rules & Regulation to conduct Elimination round. We can’t think that this project will get this type of good response & this type of success but we get fibulas response. Groundwork: We decided that only Rtr.Bharat is become BIG BOSS because he has knowledge of BIG BOSS but for the safety we also decide to have Rtr.Shraddha & Rtr. Kuldeep as a Supporter of BIG BOSS. We invite all the Participates by making JPEGs & invite them for this initiative i.e. BIG BOSS. We upload Registration form on our Website. 21) We invite all the Participates by making JPEGs & invite them for this initiative i.e. BIG BOSS-2.

24) We done this project in Whatsapp but we do PR of the Project in many social medias. We start our all communication with “BIG BOSS aap sabhi gharvalo ko Batana Chahte hai ke….” This sentence gave actual feeling of BIG BOSS to the Participates.

25) We tell all the Participates about the Rules i.e. Use only Hindi Language, No Bad words allowed, they only have to chat with writing (No Audio), They have to complete the entire Task, They have to Participate in Nominations Round etc…. If any participate don’t do that then BIG BOSS have rights to disqualify them.

26) We decided to use all social Medias for this Project i.e. facebook, Club website, you tube, twitter etc…This is helping us to do PR of our club & Rotaract in the Front of non-rotaractors. We conduct this event for 19 days & we have our grand finale on 19th Feb.,2017.

27) We have many task like The Selfie Contest … (unique Selfie Competition), Love me thoda Aur (The small article writing competition about Love but

not to Girlfriend it’s about your family), Ab Nahi (Stop violence against Women- A Mega online Debate & JPEG

Making Competition), The harry Potter Series (They have to think about 2 projects which they

can do with the help of their club on harry potter theme)

28) This year we gave all the new task, we didn’t continue the task of BIG

BOSS Season 2.

32) We received lots of entries & Feedback. This online project gives best PR of the Club in the Front of non Rotaractors also.

33) On 19th Feb., 2017 we invited all the BIG BOSS Contestant in BIG BOSS Season 2 Finale & we announced the Top 3 Finalist & Winner of BIG BOSS Season 2 on the Finale.

34) We enjoyed a lot & Because of this project we get superb PR in the front of Rotaractors & Non-Rotaractors.
