Larnaca offers a wealth of attractions to its visitors:

Larnaca is the third largest city in Cyprus. Home of the ancient Greek philosopher Zenon, it is a beautiful and tranquil coastal city, ideal for living and holidays.

The island’s main airport to the west of the city makes Larnaca a European suburb of the Middle East.

• The Larnaca Marina is home to numerous boats and small yachts whose owners enjoy the life of this beautiful city.

• The Marina is next to Finikoudes (Palm Tree) Square and is connected to McKenzie beach via the Castle and the new Piale Pasha promenade.

• Finikoudes Square is probably the most famous area of Larnaca. It takes its name from the many palm trees that line the roads and the beach and it is the central place of activity in the city.

FEATURESFor the interiors of the apartments our designers have chosen durable luxury materials which are easy to maintain and a pleasure to look at.

All common areas are paved with marble and on the façade a combination of safety glass and paneling louvres gives the building a modern and contemporary look.

All materials for the building were selected for their luxury and endurance. There is a high speed low-noise electronic lift with stainless steel doors.

The building is equipped with access cameras controlled by each apartment. The garden in front of the building features indigenous plants with automatic watering system.

There are security gates on the ground floor and access is reserved only for the tenants, security card holders, and their guests.
