Remark: If the TV screen for outdoor application, make a waterproof housing withtoughened glass front screen cover. The backside install a air-condition keep TVcooling

(10) More Instruction

1 Control PCPC with Windows98/XP system is responsible for controlling the displaying effect. It

can automatically repeat the programs in conformity to the given list, or be intervened by

hand. The display reflects the images on the PC monitor.

Through the control PC, the brightness can be adjusted manually or

automaticallyselect the non-linear corrective data according to the ambience.

Through the control PC, image contrast ratio and chroma etc can be adjusted.

The control PC can also realize various video image real-time picking, displaying, and

processing, such as:

Image noise decreasing and smoothing

Image strengthening

Chroma, contrast ratio and brightness adjusting

Moving compensation

Multi-image piling

Sound signal output

2Display controllerDisplay controller is the core device of the display, which is combined of a programmable

device and SCM system.

Main functions:

Receiving, processing and distributing the data from the control PC

Realizing the control system for the drive mode

Realizing 256 brightness ranks for each color

Realizing 8196 non-linear corrective degrees for each color

Realizing 1024 grey scales for each color, data saving or distributing

Monitoring the control PC ( power off the display while receiving abnormal signals)

Inclusive of long receiving units to realize long distance transmission

3Display mainbodyThe display is in composition of many LED modules, which are divided into

different areas, receiving the data distributed by the display controller. The sub-controllers

(scanning boards) on the back of display realize the drive logic and grey scale timing logic.

The modular structure improves the stability and maintainability of the display.

Technically speaking, large-screen LED display system is an electronic information

display system integrated of PC-control technology, multimedia technology and LSI. It

includes multimedia, multi-channel, and high-speed communications interface and video

interfaces of real-time transmission.

The adoption of computer networking technology makes the data production, processing,

storage and transmission more secure, rapid and reliable.
