CONSTRUCTION WILL OCCUR PENDING PUBLIC APPROVAL.TRAFFIC NOISE POLICY. IF THESE CRITERIA ARE MET, BARRIER THE FEASIBLE AND REASONABLE CRITERIA WITHIN THE NCDOT DETERMINE WHETHER THESE POTENTIAL BARRIER LOCATIONS MEET ANALYSES WILL OCCUR DURING FINAL PROJECT DESIGN TO EFFECTIVE AFTER THE PROJECT IS IN PLACE.
