Qidong HengMr. Qidong Heng is advisor to CEO of Czechinvest for more than 3 years. Czechinvest is Business and Investment Development Agency that advise and support existing and new entrepreneurs and foreign

investors in the Czech Republic. Mr. Heng has been working in area of foreign direct investments for more than 20 years. His main objective is to improve cooperation between Czech Republic and China, and promote investment opportunities of Czech Republic in China.

Jakub Lichnovský Jakub Lichnovský is a recognised legal advisor specialising in industrial development projects, development, inbound and outbound investment projects and technology transfers. His experience and understanding

of the complex procedures required to develop new manufacturing and commercial properties and to locate investments have contributed to guiding both individual investors and large multinationals in their investments in the Central European region. Jakub regularly advises on investment incentives and public aid issues, including negotiating with authorities.

Shiyang ZhangShiyang Zhang is a Counsel for Czech-Chinese relationships and a senior associate at PRK Partners. He provides legal services for Czech and foreign clients related to commercial, civil, banking and

financing laws. He has participated in several high-level governmental visits between the CR and China. He has also assisted in preparing a number of memoranda and action plans while working at the Czech China Chamber of Cooperation.

Ondrej KocOndrej Koc, currently based in Shanghai, is the Director for the China and Southeast Asia Operations at Business and Investment Development Agency CzechInvest,

agency of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Ondrej graduated from the University of Sunderland in England studying Business Management. Ondrej joined the CzechInvest agency in August 2011 as project manager for strategic project where he was in charge of the potential investment to the Czech Republic, providing comprehensive information regarding doing business in the Czech Republic.

Stephenie Hsu Stephenie Hsu is a manager of the Chinese Services Group of Deloitt e Czech Republic. Stephenie is experienced in providing comprehensive support to Asia investors

as a coordinator in international consulting companies. By working closely with lawyers, tax advisers and auditors, Stephenie together with a team of professionals help foreign investors get a bett er orientation on the market. As chairman of the Taiwanese chamber of commerce and an expert lecturer at the University of Economics in Prague, Stephenie takes an active role in bridging cross-country transactions.

Peter KolencikPeter Kolencik has more than 10 years experience in the property business. During his career, he has gained extensive experience in various fi elds of the real-estate market such as property and asset

management or developing solutions for new market entries.Currently, he is a partner in company 108 Agency, leading real-estate agency on the CEE market. 108 Agency is specialized in the rent, sale and management of commercial properties, providing marketing for development projects, investment advice as well as consultancy and analysis. Since establishment in 2009 company leased or sold more the 25mio sq ft .Company clients include names like 4PX, Shenzhen Sailvan Network or Chukou1. Peter and his colleagues had helped to establish new branches for these clients consisting of more than 1mio sq ft . Clients´ portfolio also includes companies like Panasonic, Siemens, IKEA or Skoda.

Dusan Svec Dusan is a director in mergers and acquisitions practice with more than 10 years of public accounting experience in the US and Europe. He has 8 years of M&A experience delivering fi nancial due diligence

services including working for our Deloitt e national transaction services offi ce in New York between 2010 and 2013. Dusan is a licensed certifi ed public accountant in the USA and a graduate of the University of Colorado in Denver with the master degree in accountancy.

Petr Tušakovský Petr is a Senior Manager in the Tax & Legal Department of Deloitt e Czech Republic. He works in the indirect taxation team and specia-lizes in VAT issues in domestic and international business transactions.

He obtained a master’s degree in fi nance and accounting from the Prague University of Economics. Petr has been working in the tax advisory fi eld since 2000. In the past years he has been a member of a VAT team located in the United States. At Deloitt e, he mainly serves clients in the consumer business, real estate and manufacturing industries. Petr is a Czech registered tax advisor and speaks Czech and English.
