The HAVERROTO-PACKERseries RL designatesa rotating valve typebag filling machine(with 3, 4, 6, 8, 10or 12 spouts) accord-ing to the air typefilling system. Thearea of applicationincludes powdertype, fine or coarsegrain, flow resitantproducts or mixtu-res with fine andcoarse components,granulates, crystalsor goods of similarparticles.
The average opera-tional output forpaper and plasticbags with interiorvalves is between900 bags/hr. with 3filling spouts and4,000 bags/hr. with12 filling spouts.
By combining theROTO-PACKERwith the HAVER RADIMAT automa-tic bag applicators(bundle or reelsystem) fully auto-matic operation ispossible.

Vertical double rotary feeder for consistent volumetric dosingof powder type free-flowing materials

HAVER vertical doublerotary feeder can be used any place wherepowder type, free-flow-ing material must bevolumetrically fed withconsistency.
Impeller sectors, sealedon all sides, rotate abouta vertical axis. The material flow is therebyforced and the materialcannot simply drop through. The sealingstrips are adjustable andreplaceable, if necessary.
Power transmissionoccurs via a flat bevelgear unit driven by anAC motor and drivebelts. An adjustabledrive unit may be usedas well.
The cone valve may beused as an alternative tothe rotary feeder whenloads from product in theinitial silo are not exces-sive.
The cone valve is positioned in the ROTO-PACKER inlet. Its activation is done pneumatically and anuncontrolled opening isprevented by a mechani-cal lock.
