REPORT OF EMPLOYMENT GENERATION LINKED BORDER AREA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Letter no. 1169-70/BADP/DIC/Chamoli/2014-15 Dated 23/01/ 2015, sanctioned Borader area

Developmrnt programme to RITA INNOVATIONS for 30 nos youth. RITA INNOVATIONS took up

the implementation of the programme and the Tourism activities (Adventure, Pilgrimage and

rural) trade for Employment Linked Capacity Building programme was selected and the youth

were trained and subsequently started their ventures.

ROAD SHOWS AT A GLANCE: -

The Road Shows were conducted in the areas viz Malari, Lata , Joshimath,Baragaon ,Tapovan in

total more than 100 candidates were mobilized and initially 30 were selected for this program.

The selection process was completely transparent. Total number of Road shows conducted for

BADP- Joshimath Block were in several Places such as:

The final interview was conducted by a selection committee on 25-03-2015 and programme was

Program Inauguration

In its pursuit of providing Training to youth Rita Innovations started Supported

by G.M. Distt. Industries Centre , Chamoli batch in Nanda Devi Expedition

Hostel, Joshimath Distt. Chamoli (U.K.).

Tourism Activities (Adventure, Pilgrimage and Rural) COURSE DETAIL :-

Batch was conducted in the month of 25-03-2015 at Block Development Office ,

Conference Hall, Joshimath. Promotional work was conducted and the

beneficiaries were identified by G.M. D.I.C. Chamoli, & Rita Innovations Officers

and the programme was commenced on 25-03-2015.Total Beneficiaries was one

hundred (100) and the selection committee has selected 30 beneficiaries to

participate.
