GTS 60kVA

DescriptionThe GTS Series is a family of programmable AC and DC Sources with single phase output.The available power range starts from 1000VA up to 300kVA. Standard models with output voltage up to 850Vrms AC / 1000V DC pro-vide a clean and isolated 1-phase output voltage, over a frequency range between DC and 10 to 1000Hz*. Up to 2 voltage ranges with automatic selection can be realized per unit. The AC output waveform is a well regulated sinewave with low harmonic distortion (typically less than 0.2% between 50-60Hz), arbi-trary waveform generation is ensured via the professional Windows® application software GTS Manager or using the built in analog inputs (Booster Inputs).Standard low power units are built into 19” racks or table cases, high power units are built into 19” cabinets on wheels.Remote control is ensured via the standard built in isolated RS232 and RS485, or optional USB, LAN and Fiber Optic Interfaces.In addition, 8 digital Inputs/Outputs (Start, Stop, Enable, Test started, Failure, etc.) allow finally the GTS Series to be perfectly integrat-ed into manufacturing lines.

GTS Series programmable AC and DC Sources are very robust, cost affordable and easy to use equipments developed especially for intensive use in production and testing lines, as well as in research and development labs, or for burn-in applications.Equipped with a modern and easy to use front panel interface with large LDC display, the controllers of the GTS Series offer advanced control and measurement capabilities for AC and DC applications. The GTS Series is equipped with a sequencer and timer, allowing to set output voltage, frequency and test time. The Start-Phase angle setting is possible and free programmable from 0 to 360°.Various modes like ramp, drop out and loop are available in order to create test programs and sequences following norms or custom manufacturer test procedures. One additional parameter is the possibility to choose the positive or negative polarity of the DC output. The following information will be measured and displayed during the test:- Output voltage- Load current- Test time- Active and reactive power consumption (Watt, VA, VAr, PF)- Complex load impedance- Temperature of DUT (option)Optionally, the GTS Series can be extended to 3-phase systems by putting 3 single phase units in master/slave combination. AC and DC Voltage generators of the GTS Series can also be combined with current generators of the GIS Series in order to create synchronous voltage/current generators, allowing for example the test of Watthour Meters.
