Chers Collègues,
Dans un mois nous nous retrouverons à Lugano chez nos collègues tessinois pour notre Congrès annuel.
L’actualité principale reste les problèmes liés aux implants des plus fréquents (ou moins rare) comme les infections, aux exceptions comme l’ALCL qui ne peut plus être ignoré. Les orateurs réputés invités apporterons les informations récentes sur ce premier thème.
De plus parallèlement à l’évolution du traitement du vieillissement du visage ou à sa prévention, une table ronde permettra je l’espère, un échange de points de vue entre nous tous sur notre vision du lifting, par exemple.
Enfin toujours impliqué dans la formation en chirurgie esthétique des jeunes chirurgiens plastici-ens, le comité vous propose un tour d’horizon de ce qui se fait et de ce qui pourrait être amélioré. Mais pour cela, vous les jeunes, vous vous devez de venir au Congrès et surtout de nous montrer votre motivation profonde à l’acquisition de connaissances qui vous permettront d’être compé-titifs dans ce domaine en mutation. Un dernier mot pour remercier chaleureusement le comité qui travaille dans l’ombre tout au long de l’année dans votre intérêt et m’apporte soutien, critiques constructives et amitié.

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen
In einem Monat treffen wir uns bei unseren Kollegen im Tessin anlässlich unserer Jahrestagung.
Aktuell beschäftigen uns die Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Implantaten, wie z.B. die Infek-tionen, seltener die ALCL, welche wir zur Kenntnis nehmen müssen. Bekannte eingeladene Redner werden uns über dieses Thema informieren.
Als zweites Thema werden Behandlung und Prävention des alternen Gesichts vorgestellt. Der Rundtisch gibt Gelegenheit, unsere verschiedenen Ansätze was z.B. das Lifting betrifft vorzu-stellen.
Zu guter Letzt wenden wir uns der ästhetischen Weiterbildung unserer künftigen Plastikern zu. Ein Ausblick soll zeigen, was zurzeit gelehrt wird und was verbessert werden kann. Ich rufe die junge angehende Plastiker Generation auf, an die Jahrestagung zu kommen, Beweis ihrer Mo-tivation, sich diese Kenntnisse anzueignen, um auf diesem Gebiet, welches im steten Wandel sich befindet, kompetent zu werden Ein letztes Wort des Dankes an den Vorstand, der im Schatten und übers Jahr hinaus mich unterstützt, kritisch hinterfragt und mir seine Freundschaft bezeugt.
