Robin Carter CEO, Add Capacity Qualified Accountant and Fellow of CPA Australia. After 20 years spent working in large public and private

organisations in both Australia and the UK, I decided I wanted to make more of a personal difference, and a colleague’s bad experience with a ‘market leading’ outsource supplier was the inspiration to starting my own outsourcing

business for accountants. I am passionate about the difference that accountants can make by applying their financial acumen and insights to the SME market, and believe there is a huge opportunity for public practice accountants to add more value to their clients, if they can free their time up from compliance activities. I am a firm believer that outsourcing is not about cutting costs, it needs to be a value-enhancing activity.
