The Quality Consortium of Suffolk County is a partnership of non-profit organizations

dedicated to the delivery of comprehensive, affordable, and accessible addiction prevention

and treatment services. All member agencies of the QC are regulated and/or funded by the

NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) and are committed to

respond to the changing needs of our communities. We maintain a leadership role in

providing services, keeping the community abreast of developments in the field, and in

working together to serve those in need of substance use disorder, prevention and treatment

services. The Quality Consortium (QC) leads in the advocacy efforts on local, state and

national levels to ensure vital services. QC members invest their time working with

legislators, policy makers and key stake-holders to develop and implement sound policy to

foster, enhance and support stronger youth, healthier families, and safer communities.

This Member Program Guide provides you with ready access to the programs of the Quality

Consortium of Suffolk County. Each program is listed on a separate page and is organized

by the program categories of Outpatient, Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Residential,

Day Treatment, and Prevention & Education. It is expected that your contacts with these

programs will proceed expeditiously and to the benefit of those whom we are all dedicated to

serve. The Quality Consortium of Suffolk County encourages and welcomes feedback

regarding whether there are ways in which we can enhance these purposes.

For further information and to share your comments and concerns with the Quality

Consortium of Suffolk County, you may contact its President at the address below. For more
