The company was founded in 2013 by a group of engineers with a vast relevant experience working in the leading Albanian construction companies in major infrastructural, industrial and civil projects. Some of these projects include: Tirana International Airport, Various Hydro-electrical Power Plants, various Prisons, High Tribunal of Serious Crimes and other infrastructural works like roads, overhead lines etc. In 4 years the company has carried out various civil and industrial projects both as a contractor and an investor with a considerable turnover growth rate.

PROGEEN houses most if its services in-house and is able to offer complete turnkey solutions which include design, production, construction and other legal or documentation handling like permits, applications etc through various contract types like FIDIC etc.

Progeen is fully able to complete a variety of construction works such as civil and industrial buildings in reinforced concrete or steel structures. Infrastructural works, overhead lines, water supply systems etc.

The company handles and prepares all required documentation required for the building permits like environmental study, geological survey, land survey etc. After applying for different development or construction permits, the company will monitor all the processes until the end of the project.

LATEST COMPLETEDPROJECTS

Progeen built 11 buildings for the Iranian Exiled Opposition living in Albania. The buildings offer comfortable quarters for the people working there. These buildings were part of the ASHRAF 3 project, a small Iranian town which will house the Iranian community in Albania with all the facilities required for a quite living and working.

The building is an existing service building in the eastern part of Tirana and it functions as a facility for producing the Albanian biometric passports. The reconstruction works were carried out with highest construction standards in order for the facility to acquire all necessary certifications due to its special function.

Rainbow residence is the newest project the company is carrying out as an investor. The residence consists in two sections and has 9 and 7 floors with one underground floor as a parking area and its ground floor for commercial activities. The building will feature the highest construction standards in Albania for residential buildings.

A residential building located only 1km from the center of Tirana. The building is constructed with highest standards of thermal insulation and soundproofing. The facade features ventilated facade system combined with French double glazed windows.

A residential building located in the eastern part of Tirana in the "Oxhaku" area besides Progeen 1 Residence. It is a 6-story building designed to offer comfortable living and community life. This building is estimated to be completed in March 2020.
