Technical Chapter areas Technical Chapter 3: Climate change risks and adaptation for the natural environment in the UK. Technical Chapter 4: Climate change risks and adaptation for infrastructure in the UK. Technical Chapter 5: Climate change risks and adaptation for people and the built environment in the UK. Technical Chapter 6: Climate change risks and adaptation for business and industry in the UK. Technical Chapter 7: International dimensions of climate change risk and adaptation with implications for the UK i.e. changes elsewhere in the world that may pose risks to this country, and how the UK can adapt to these. 4. We are also looking for evidence to help answer the following specific questions. What are the impacts of moving to a Net Zero Carbon economy?
