TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
Organisers shall endeavor to provide a safe environment during training sessions. A workplace COVID-19 safety guideline will be made available to all delegates attending training sessions. Training venues will comply with COVID-19 safety regulations. Delegates attending training sessions will maintain social distancing, no handshakes, regular hand washing/sanitizing and wearing face masks.
It is also the duty of every delegate to ensure that their safety is the main priority while attending training sessions.
DELEGATE CANCELLATIONS
All delegate cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following terms and conditions; for any cancellation received 7 days before the start of the training we issue a credit voucher for the value paid to be used for up to one year from the date of issue. Any cancellation received in less than 7 days before the start of the training, full fee will be paid and no refunds, should a registered delegate not cancel and fail to attend, this will be treated as a cancellation and no credit voucher or refund will be given. Transfer request must be made in writing 7 days before the start of the training.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT
In the event that the organisers cancel or postpone training, delegate’s payment at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future or rescheduled workshop. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled workshop, the delegate will receive a credit voucher representing payments made towards a future workshop. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements. Organisers will not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of a workshop.
DISCLAIMER
Organisers shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this workshop is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous training, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other training that renders performance of this training impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous training shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other health related emergency.
