Don’t - Use Microsoft Word to copy and paste text into website. Use the word import option or notepad.

Do – Save a copy of your profile in Notepad. Keep it in an easy to remember location.

Do – Save Draft Early. Save a Draft Often.*

Do – Write your profile as if the Broker on Record is reading. (Specialist and Expert are dangerous legal traps)

Setting up your AZmoves.com Profile.

1. Click AZmoves.com Admin Button

2. Once signed in, click Agent Tools on the left side of the browser.

3. Then click Agent Profile.

4. This will bring up the Agent Profile Editing screen. 5. Click on Edit Profile, go through each option.

Resizing your photo online. AZmoves picture dimensions are 240H x 160W.

1. Go to http://www.resizeyourimage.com/

2. Where it says: Select your image, click browse to find your picture on your device and load it into the website.

3. This will upload your photo to the website (this is free).

4. Once uploaded you can Rotate, Zoom in, Zoom Out, Adjust Width and Height. Zoom in to match the height of the AZmoves Dimensions above. When you are done click the Resize your image circle icon to complete. A link will appear for you to download your resized photo.

 

When creating your Profiles and Free Websites - REMEMBER

1.Ask ‘Why should a client go to my website’.

2.Ask ‘ If I’m a buyer, why would I want to do business with you?’

3.Ask ‘If I’m a seller, why would I list my property with you?’

4.Do – Think of each bullet, phrase, word, picture, links as an opportunity to do more business.

5.Give people reasons to visit your page, other than just searching for properties. You can include data and documents such as:

Do’s -It produces keyword phrases you'd not thought of.It predicts phrase popularity by the traffic they generate.It provides how popular keyword phrases are with advertisers.It shows what competition exists for words by direct searching.It helps decide about keyword bidding on its PPC Engines.It does research in multiple languages & many countries.

Don’ts -It doesn't decide what keyword phrases you should use.It can't tell how many visitors will find a page using the keyword's.It does not provide you with all your keyword's.A keyword phrase not found could still be in use elsewhere.

By Default, every agent has a AZmoves.com Website. This website is based on the Default Layout. You will need to change this layout if you want to include more options on your website.

Your Branded websites will be: www.AZmoves.com/Firstname.Lastname.

You can purchase a domain name from GoDaddy or another company and forward to your free website. The cost for a domain name is inexpensive and allows you to have a more customized website url.

1.Choose from different template designs and backgrounds. Pick different themes for your website.

2.Forward your Domain Name to your AZmoves Website.

3.Your “Contact Header” appears on every page. So when clients are searching for a property they will see your contact on the top banner. To the client, this looks like your listing even if it isn't. The leads will be sent to you via LeadRouter.

4.Quick Search on the homepage on your website, allows clients to quickly search for properties.

5.Your information is populated from your AZmoves.com Profile.

1.Desktop/Laptop - With your mouse right click on one of the links you want to use.

You either need a photo or 4 bullets to create a website. It takes 24 hours to gain access to your personal website after adding either option to your CB Profile.

Google Keyword Generator – Post Profile

Adding Keywords to get you noticed by search engines.

Luckily there is free help to generate rich keywords!

Google Keyword Generator: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal(More on this at the end of this presentation)

You can use this tool to have Google actually analyze the content on your site (When creating your website and when you have already created your website) and have it suggest to you what keywords you should be optimizing. It will also show you some other information you need to know:

1.What is the volume of each keyword it suggests

2.What is the amount of competition competing for that keyword (at least in the Google Adwords system, which is a pretty good indicator of competition overall).

So the first thing we want to do is have Google go out and download our web page and analyze it’s content, so it can begin suggesting keywords for us. Go to the Google Keyword Tool, and under the heading “Find keywords

1.Enter your AZmoves.com free website (can be used for coldwellbanker as well.)

2.www.AZmoves.com/laurie.lundeen

3.Enter your web page URL and click on “Search”.

4.This can be your home page, or any secondary, deep-linked page you want to optimize.

5.We don’t want Google to suggest keywords for all the content on our website, that would be counter-productive; we want to specifically focus on one page and optimize that.

6.After about a minute a table will appear with 4 columns: Keyword, Advertiser Competition, Search Volume for the last month, and Average Search Volume.

7.If there are a lot of keywords it will be a long scrolling list, but the important thing to note is that Google has just done all the hard work for you, and selected relevant keywords based on your content! Now all you have to do is pick and choose which ones you want to target and optimize on your web page. Note that in each column are a bunch of gray bar graphs; Google doesn’t actually disclose how many searches are being performed, just a relative amount. The more gray, the higher the number.
