I am a Language and Behavioral skills trainer.I have over 8 years of work experience in Training & Development. I conduct language and soft skills training programs for various industry sectors.

In training, my expertise lie in the field of designing, delivering and evaluating Communication and soft skills programs. Training methodology is tailored to suit different needs and levels to ensure that learning happens in a stimulating and fun filled environment.

During my experience of 8years, I have served with several corporate entities both in domestic and international market and have gained rich exposure in performance development, training & development for different industry verticals like Communication,Hoapitality, BPO, IT and Education.

Filled with passion and the ability to connect with audience, ability to make sessions participative and interactive, Team building experience, Problem Solving skills , ability to lead a team to provide successful decisions on organizational problems, Ability to inspire, train, and develop people , Good time management , Needs assessment .
