The work of Boutique Architecture Design Studio is recognizable and internationally respected. For about two decades, we have been appointed to create public and private buildings. Our office in Toronto and Dubai a with talented professionals practicing architecture, urbanism, product design and exhibition design. We aspire to thoughtful, elegant contemporary and modern architecture that exceeds our clients’ expectations for beauty and elegance.

Recent work includes one of the most sustainable cities in Mediterranean region IDEOPOLIS in Tunis, for Duet Investment Group; a community neighborhood in Muskoka Ontario, the office building in Toronto for the CNRIL; a 28 storey mixed use project in Dubai, Residential projects in Arizona in USA, Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, Dubai in the UAE, and in the Singapore. We currently have new projects in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Boutique Architecture Design Studio is led by Majid Sarmast and sustains an international practice with office in Dubai in the UAE.

Our team includes AIA and OAA architects, ASID interior designers, and landscape architects with an average of 15 years experience. In addition to professional architectural licenses our staff holds LEED AP accreditations.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As far as reasonably possible, and usually only constrained by budget, Boutique Architecture Design Studio ( BADS ) prepares the designs and manage the projects using sustainable design principles. Many of these principles require only the application of good design and selection of the most suitable building materials and products. They do not necessarily increase construction costs as our recent experience shown.

However this depends on how far one takes matters. The inclusion of solar panels, water collection and reuse, and elaborate energy efficient design features etc will add capital costs which can be recovered by reduced life cycle costs, sometimes not, and then decisions have to be made for the environmental benefitsalone.
