This will also prevent problems within our organization database by allowing industry members to assign the task of posting jobs to appropriate personnel (i.e., HR personnel, Administrative Support persons) without accessing membership data.

PCEP users will be required to register separately from their AAAA Membership in order to keep their information private and secure.


JobSeeker Profile JobSeekers registering on the Job Placement Board are REQUIRED to edit their profile before being able to utilize the site. You can edit/update your information at any time. All fields are initially blank. Fields marked with * are compulsory – as noted on each step. Click NEXT STEP at the bottom of each page to fill in all required personal information. You cannot logout or move on to another page until done.

At the bottom of ALL JobSeekers pages are these 3 modules: •  Latest Jobs - A list of all the most recently posted jobs in the Job

Board Database will constantly update and scroll through this box.

•  Indeed.com – A link to the most popular Job Search tool used and recommended by job placement agents (jobs listed in this image are actual positions available). This box will update automatically.

JobSeekers Interface At the top of ALL JobSeekers pages are 7 links: •  Latest Jobs; Search Jobs; My Saved/Applied Jobs; My Job Alerts;

Edit Profile; Add/Edit Resume; Add/Edit Cover Letter; View by Recruiters; My Messages


When a JobSeeker clicks on Latest Jobs they will get a List of all the current available jobs. Hovering their mouse over anything in bold will offer more options (i.e., hovering over the specialization shows “Show jobs from this Specification”) – by clicking on that option they will be taken to a list of opportunities fitting that specific criteria.

Search Jobs Link The Search Jobs link will provide JobSeekers with the tools to search for jobs posted on our site. A user can use the simple search (bottom) or click to the Advanced Job Search (right) for more options. MOS List has been provided to simplify postings for NCOs and Employers.

My Job Alerts

Job Alerts can be setup by the user to notify them by email when an appropriate position becomes available.


Add/Edit Resume

JobSeekers will be able to upload their resume in several formats:

•  Microsoft Word •  Microsoft Excel •  Adobe PDF •  JPG •  GIF •  YouTube or Google Video link

Or, they can Copy and Paste their resume into the space provided.


Add/Edit Cover Letter

It is currently advisable to have several different cover letters available for different opportunities. These can not be uploaded and should be stored on the JobSeekers personal computer. Copy/Paste the appropriate cover letter into the box. The cover letter you send to an agent is not the same as the one you would have for a direct employer. A serious JobSeeker would have several cover letters available and saved.


Views by Recruiters

As a JobSeeker sending out several resumes, it can be frustrating not knowing if a potential employer has seen our resume. This page allows JobSeekers to see who/when their resume was viewed and determine what actions they need to take next.


My Messages The My Messages Link allows JobSeekers and Employers to communicate within the system. This keeps track of information for both user types, and allows the email address of the JobSeeker to remain anonymous. An email notification is sent to the JobSeeker to login and read the message (see below).
