PROFILE BENDING MACHINE

MODEL This model variation is designed for high number of pieces but is also suitable for single-piece production.The dual hood heating chamber has a large volume. Energy-saving construction, optimum temperature control and the simultaneous heating up of several profiles contribute con-siderably to an increase in production capacity.

The compact version, as well as the large table enables the production of a wide range of arches.The programmable control by touch screen control regulates the whole bending process. The bending radius is entered; the radius adjustment system positions the chuck element with the inside form.

This FUX bending system has the unique fully automatic bending process and the shortest changeover time. The pressing rolls, which are guided by swivel arms, glide along the outer frame around the elastic profile and the press plate on top clamps the bent profile. From this technology comes the worldwide unique bending quality. The bending machine opens automatically after the set cooling time Because FUX profile bending machines work „dry“ and clean, it is possible to set up these machines in all production areas.

Many arches like half round arches, round arches, arches with straight sides, gothic arches, cage arches, segment arches, positive and negative arches as well as different special forms can be produced with this machine.
