A total of 134candidates wereregistered for the program, an increasing number of them coming from industrial workers concerned with acoustics, while the number of Health Officers successfully passing the examinations decreased slightly. The organizers of the Diploma Program believe that the mathematical content of some sections of the courses is probably a difficulty for manyHealth Officers.
